This product can inhibit the catalytic effect of metal ions on the oxidation of oil, improve the antioxidant ability of oil and prolong the service life. And it has excellent inhibition effect on copper corrosion and can prevent the corrosion of copper parts. When it is used in synergy with antioxidants such as T501, it has good synergistic effect and can reduce the dosage of main oxidizing agent. It has low additive amount: the general additive amount is only 0.03% to 0.05%, and the coverage in medium and high grade industrial lubricants can reach 90%.
It has good oil solubility and thermal stability, and can still maintain its performance under high temperature environment. It takes into account the needs of anti-oxidation, rust prevention and anti-wear in hydraulic oil, brake fluid and other systems.

 

2. APPLICATIONS

 

Industrial lubricants: applicable to turbine oil, transformer oil, gear oil, general machine tool oil, etc.
Automotive lubricants: can be used in engine oil, transmission oil and gear oil.
Marine lubricants: for marine cylinder oils, hydraulic oils, etc.
Grease: can be used for grease that needs to enhance antioxidant protection or prevent metal oxidation
