Product Description
CAS: 68459-84-7
Molecular formula: -(C2H5CCOOR)n-
This product co crystallizes with wax through its alkyl side chain, changing the direction of paraffin crystal growth and forming uniform loose grains, thereby significantly reducing the pour point of lubricating oil (for example, a 0.5% addition can lower the pour point of transformer oil from -25 ℃ to -40 ℃). At the same time, the product has excellent low-temperature fluidity, which can improve the pumpability and lubrication effect of oil products in extremely cold environments. It has both pour point reduction and thickening functions, and when added, it can increase the viscosity index (VI) of the oil by 6-8 units and enhance its thickening ability (such as 15.76% thickening ability). Its kinematic viscosity (100 ℃) ranges from 4000-4500 mm ²/s and is suitable for different base oil systems. It does not contain hazardous ingredients, has a flash point of over 160 ℃, excellent thermal stability, and stable performance when stored for a long time at temperatures not exceeding 45 ℃. The liquid form avoids dust pollution and has high operational safety. It has good compatibility with Class I, II, III base oils and PAO, and can be used to modulate aviation hydraulic oil, gear oil, multi-stage internal combustion engine oil, etc. When compounded with additives such as OCP, it can reduce the amount of other VII used (such as 0.5% T602HB, which can save 0.8-1% VII).
Multi grade engine oil: used for blending low pour point hydraulic oil and engine oil to improve low-temperature starting performance (recommended dosage 0.5% -2.0%).
Automatic transmission fluid (ATF): Inhibits the growth of low-temperature viscosity of oil and ensures smooth shifting.
Gear oil/hydraulic oil: The best performance is achieved in 150SN-500SN base oil, which can reduce pour point and improve load-bearing capacity (typical addition amount 0.1% -0.5%).
Turbine oil/heat transfer oil: suitable for high-temperature circulation systems to reduce sediment formation.
Aviation hydraulic oil: maintains lubrication performance in a wide temperature range (-60 ℃ to high temperature), meeting the stringent requirements of aviation equipment.
Lubricating grease: enhances low-temperature fluidity after addition, suitable for equipment such as bearings and chains
