1. DESCRIPTION

It has excellent high-temperature antioxidant performance, which can effectively prevent lubricating oil from reacting with oxygen under high-temperature conditions and inhibit the formation of sludge and deposits. It has high thermal decomposition temperature (e.g. flash point ≥160℃), small volatilization loss in high temperature circulating system (e.g. turbine oil, heat conduction oil), and still maintains stable performance in long-term use. It can be well dissolved in many kinds of lubricating oils and has good compatibility with base oil and other additives. As an ashless antioxidant, it does not contain metal elements and avoids catalytic oxidation triggered by metal. It does not contain sulfur, phosphorus and other elements that pollute the environment, and meets the requirements of environmental protection. It has synergistic effect when used in combination with other aromatic amines and shielded phenolic antioxidants.

 

2. APPLICATIONS

 

High-grade gasoline/diesel engine oil: replace ZDDP to reduce phosphorus content (recommended dosage 0.3%-1.0%), protect piston rings, bearings and other high-temperature parts, and extend oil change intervals.
Gear oil/hydraulic oil: inhibit viscosity abnormality and component wear caused by oxidation (dosage 0.1%-0.5%).
Turbine oil/heat transfer oil: Provide continuous antioxidant protection under high temperature and high pressure environments and reduce deposit generation.
Grease: Adding 0.1%-1.0% enhances high-temperature stability and is suitable for bearings and other equipment running for long periods of time.
Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF)/Quench Oil: Inhibits oxidative deterioration and maintains performance stability.
Fuel oil: used in fuel oil to inhibit oxidation by-products and enhance oil durability.

 

3. RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

 

Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0%
