This product has excellent antioxidant properties and shows significant antioxidant effects under working conditions below 100℃. It can effectively extend the oxidation induction period of lubricating oils, slow down the increase in oil viscosity and the formation of deposits. By capturing free radicals and interrupting the oxidation chain reaction, it inhibits the oxidation and degradation of lubricating oils, thus extending their service life. It has good solubility in oil and is cost-effective. It is easily soluble in mineral oils, synthetic oils, and ester-based oils, offering flexible blending options. The recommended dosage is low (0.1%-1.0%), which gives it a cost advantage over similar imported products. It contains no harmful elements such as sulfur or phosphorus and meets the low-ash (ash content ≤0.03%) environmental requirements for lubricating oils. It is non-flammable, non-corrosive, has low skin irritation, and is safe to store and transport. It has good physical and chemical stability, making it suitable for applications in medium and low-temperature environments. The low content of free cresol (≤0.03%) reduces the potential risk of corrosion to metal components.

 

2. APPLICATIONS

 

Industrial gear oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil: Inhibit the formation of high-temperature oxidation gums to protect gear and pump valve components.

Turbine oil, transformer oil: Maintain stable oil performance during long-term circulation and prevent an increase in acid value.

Machine tool oil: Reduce the accumulation of sludge and varnish caused by oxidation of cutting fluids or guide rail oil.

Fuel oil and speciality oils: Used for diesel, gasoline and other fuel oils to delay oxidation and deterioration during storage and transportation. It can also be used as an additive for lubricating greases to enhance high-temperature oxidation resistance.

Rubber and plastic industries: Acts as an anti-aging agent to delay the oxidation and aging of rubber products (such as seals, tires). Used in plastic processing to prevent material degradation during high-temperature forming.

 

3. RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

 

The recommended dosage is from 0.1% to1.0%.
