Product Description

1. DESCRIPTION

This product is prepared from borated high molecular weight ashless dispersant, low base number synthetic sulfonate, high temperature detergent, oxidation & corrosion inhibitor, high-temperature assistant antioxidant, etc. It can be used for producing high grade of gas engine oil specialized for shuttle buses, heavy duty gas engine oil and stationary gas engine oil. With good high temperature detergency, anticorrosion, thermal oxidation stability and excellent antiwear property and proper ash, it can meet the requirement of gas engine oil.

HA161B Boronized High Molecular Polyisobutene Bis-Succinimide has superior high-temperature cleanliness and oxidation resistance. After the combination of boron and high-molecular-weight polyisobutylene (Mn≥2000), a more stable boron-nitrogen heterocyclic structure is formed, which can withstand extreme high temperatures (such as over 350℃)

HA161 High Molecular Polyisobutene Bis-Succinimide

Polyisobutene Succinimide is made from high active polyisobutylene by thermal adduction process. As it has good thermal stability, detergency and sludge dispersancy at low temperature, it can inhibit carbon deposition and paint film formation on engine piston. Its detergency at high temperature and high-temperature resistance are much better than traditional T154.

HA154B Boronized Polyisobutene Bis-Succinimide

Borated polyisobutene succinimide offers excellent low-temperature sludge dispersing performance, effectively preventing piston carbon buildup and varnish formation in engines.

The product is a white crystal. It has good antioxidation. The product can effectively prolong the induction time and display the fine antioxidation effect at the working temperature below 100℃.

White transparent block colloid. An ideal viscosity index improver. Provide good shear stability and thermal stability.

HA C10 Neutral Calcium Sulfonate

This product is mainly used for industrial lubricants and can replace barium based rust inhibitors such as barium dinitronyl naphthalene sulfonate.
