This product changes the growth direction of wax crystals in lubricating oil through the co crystallization and steric hindrance effect of poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMA), forming loose and uniform small grains, significantly reducing the pour point of the oil (such as 0.5% addition can lower the pour point from -25 ℃ to below -40 ℃), effectively improving low-temperature fluidity, ensuring rapid pumping of the oil to the friction surface in severe cold environments, and reducing cold start wear. It can maintain stable performance at extreme low temperatures (such as -60 ℃) and high temperatures (>100 ℃), making it suitable for harsh scenarios such as aviation hydraulic oil. It can increase the kinematic viscosity (6-8 mm ²/s at 100 ℃) and viscosity index (VI increased by more than 15%) of the oil while reducing the pour point, enhancing high-temperature stability. It is suitable for multi-stage internal combustion engine oil and hydraulic oil. This product adopts a narrow molecular weight distribution design (KRL 20h<33.9), which can maintain performance even under high-pressure and high-speed shear conditions, extending the service life of the oil. This product does not contain harmful elements such as sulfur and phosphorus, meets the requirements of low ash environmental protection, and avoids damage to post-treatment equipment such as three-way catalysts. It has good compatibility with mineral oil, synthetic oil (PAO, ester oil), and traditional additives (such as ZDDP, phenolic antioxidants), and supports complex formula design. It has a high thermal decomposition temperature and is suitable for high-temperature circulation systems such as turbine oil and heat transfer oil. Performance equivalent to VISCOPLEX 0-051.
2. APPLICATIONS
Multi grade engine oil: used for low viscosity oils such as 0W-16 and 0W-20, to improve low-temperature starting performance and reduce fuel consumption (recommended dosage 0.5% -2.0%).
Automatic transmission fluid (ATF): suppresses low-temperature viscosity growth and ensures smooth shifting, such as CVTF and DCTF formulations.
Hydraulic oil/gear oil: Optimize low-temperature fluidity and load-bearing capacity in 150SN-500SN base oil (such as wind power gear oil, heavy-duty industrial gear oil), with a typical addition amount of 0.1% -0.5%.
Turbine oil/compressor oil: used in high-temperature circulation systems to reduce wax deposition and oxidation by-products.
Aviation hydraulic oil: maintains stable performance in a wide temperature range from -60 ℃ to high temperature, meeting the stringent requirements of aviation equipment.
Lubricating grease: a lubricating grease formula used as a low-temperature flow improver for equipment such as bearings and chains.
