The core products of J-0010 and J-0050 ethylene propylene rubber as lubricant additives are based on the saturated hydrocarbon main chain structure of ethylene propylene rubber (EPM), which has excellent ozone resistance, aging resistance, heat resistance, and electrical insulation properties. Among them, J-0010 is known for its low Mooney viscosity (8-12) and direct use without degradation, with a shear stability coefficient (SSI) of ≤ 25. It is designed specifically for high-end lubricants and can significantly improve the low-temperature flowability of 0W-20 and other multi-stage engine oils while reducing cold start wear. Its performance is comparable to imported products and has been exported to more than 10 countries such as India and the Middle East for 10 consecutive years. The J-0050 has a Mooney viscosity of 50 and stronger thickening ability (shear stability coefficient SSI ≤ 45), making it suitable for blending mid-range oil products (such as 15W-40 diesel engine oil). It adapts to cost sensitive requirements through degradation processes, while also possessing high temperature stability (flash point ≥ 170 ℃) and low-temperature optimization capabilities for industrial gear oil and hydraulic oil. Both meet the requirements of low ash environmental protection and are compatible with mineral oil, synthetic oil, and traditional additives, supporting green lubrication solutions

2. APPLICATIONS

High grade engine oil: J-0010 is used to mix low viscosity multi-stage engine oils such as 0W-20 and 5W-30, improving low-temperature starting performance and reducing fuel consumption.
Mid grade diesel engine oil: J-0050 is used for 15W-40 and other oil products to improve high-temperature viscosity and shear stability, and extend oil change intervals.
Industrial gear oil/hydraulic oil: Both are used in the 150SN-500SN base oil system to optimize low-temperature fluidity and load-bearing capacity.
Bearing oil: used for modifying bearing oil to improve its high-temperature stability and corrosion resistance
