This product is prepared from complex substrate sulfonic acid using a special post-treat process. The appearance of this product is brownish red transparent liquid. It performs significantly better than similar products such as Surchem 404 and T-705A in salt spray testing. Its adsorption film-forming mechanism can more efficiently isolate moisture and oxygen, protecting the metal surface. At the same dosage, its salt spray test data far exceeds that of traditional barium sulfonate, especially suitable for high humidity or acidic environments. Compared to Surchem 404 and T-705A, this product has a lighter color, which can reduce the impact on the appearance of the oil and is suitable for applications with higher transparency requirements. It has excellent water separation performance. In oil-water separation tests, the water layer volume is smaller and the interface is clear, which helps reduce the risk of oil emulsification and extend the life of the lubrication system. Low inorganic salt content, less prone to yellow spots, and good compatibility with acidic additives such as HA746, without causing precipitation or reaction problems, suitable for industrial oils with complex formulations. Performance can be compared to SURCHEM 404.
Dehydrated rust proof oil: used for short-term protection or equipment sealing between metal processing processes, especially in humid environments (such as ships and mining machinery), significantly extending the rust proof period.
Hydraulic oil/gear oil: suitable for bearing and gear protection in high humidity and dusty environments, such as port equipment or heavy machinery.
Turbine oil/compressor oil: inhibits acid corrosion under high temperature and high pressure conditions, suitable for equipment such as turbines and compressors.
The recommended dosage is from 0.1% to 3.0%.
