Poly alpha olefin synthetic base oil has excellent viscosity temperature performance and low-temperature flowability. Its high viscosity index (usually>135) maintains its flowability at low temperatures, with a pour point as low as -50 ℃ to -60 ℃, ensuring the normal operation of equipment in extremely cold environments. At the same time, it exhibits excellent thermal oxidation stability under high temperature conditions of 170 ℃ -200 ℃, effectively resisting oxidation and thermal degradation, reducing sediment formation, and its thermal stability is comparable to diesters, superior to mineral oil and alkyl aromatic hydrocarbons. In addition, the low volatility of PAO helps to reduce lubricant consumption, prevent catalyst poisoning, and extend oil change intervals; Its good wear resistance and mechanical stability can reduce equipment wear and extend its service life. Chemical inertness makes it stable in harsh environments and less likely to react with other substances. Moreover, PAO has good compatibility with various additives and mineral oils, which can enhance the comprehensive performance of lubricating oil and can be mixed for use.

 

2. FEATURE

 

Fully synthetic engine oil: suitable for high-performance turbocharged engines (such as Porsche 911 GT3, Audi EA888), meets API SP/SN+, ACEA C5 standards, and has better high-temperature anti deposition performance than mineral oil.
Transmission fluid (ATF): Used for dual clutch transmissions (such as Volkswagen DSG), with shear resistance (HTHS ≥ 3.5 mPa · s) to ensure smooth shifting.
Gear oil: PAO 220 (VG 220) is used for wind turbine gearboxes, with extreme pressure resistance (FZG ≥ 12 levels) and excellent low-temperature pumping performance (-40 ℃).
Compressor oil: PAO 68 is compatible with screw air compressors to reduce carbon buildup (such as Atlas Copco GA series).
Aviation hydraulic oil: PAO 4 meets MIL-PRF-83282 standard and maintains fluidity at -54 ℃~135 ℃ (such as Boeing 737 hydraulic system).
Low temperature grease: PAO 2+lithium based thickener is used for bearings in Antarctic scientific research equipment, with a pour point of ≤ -60 ℃.
Electric vehicle gearbox oil: PAO 6's low conductivity (≤ 1 pS/m) is suitable for motor gearbox integrated systems (such as Tesla Model 3).
Hydrogen Compressor: PAO 100 is resistant to hydrogen permeation in the environment, preventing hydrogen embrittlement failure of oil products (such as Nel ASA hydrogen refueling station)

Ultra Hi-Vis mPAOs

 

1. DESCRIPTION

 

Ultra Hi-Vis metallocene polyalphaolefins(mPAOs) are high-performance polyalphaolefins(PAOs) designed to provide formulator with better blending efficiency and performance capabilities than conventional synthetic PAO. Available in 600cSt and 1000cSt at 100°C, they are well-suited for engine oils as Viscosity Index Improver and industrial oils requiring high stability under severe operating conditions.

 

2. FEATURE

 

· Very High Viscosity index

· Ultra-high viscosity (600cSt and 1000cSt@100°C)

· Uniform, comb-like structure with absence of short side chains

· Good shear stability with narrow molecular weight distribution
