1. DESCRIPTION

Rust preventive oil additive package is a blend of various rust inhibitors and antioxidants independently developed by our company, which possesses excellent properties against salt spray, moisture, and corrosion. It is easy to use, and by blending 8-20% of this product with 46# mechanical oil, the rust prevention performance can meet the requirements of the SH 0367-92 standard. When producing rust-preventive oil with this compound, a small amount of dilution oil should be added and heated to above 50 degrees before mixing.

HA115B Sulfurized Alkylphenol Calcium (TBN250)

Sulfurized Alkylphenol Calcium is a high-performance overbased calcium sulfonate detergent widely used in the formulation of engine oils and industrial lubricants. With a high Total Base Number (TBN ≥245 mg KOH/g) and calcium content ≥9.0%, it effectively neutralizes acidic byproducts, maintains engine cleanliness, and provides outstanding rust and corrosion protection.

HA154B Boronized Polyisobutene Bis-Succinimide

Borated polyisobutene succinimide offers excellent low-temperature sludge dispersing performance, effectively preventing piston carbon buildup and varnish formation in engines.

HA161 High Molecular Polyisobutene Bis-Succinimide

Polyisobutene Succinimide is made from high active polyisobutylene by thermal adduction process. As it has good thermal stability, detergency and sludge dispersancy at low temperature, it can inhibit carbon deposition and paint film formation on engine piston. Its detergency at high temperature and high-temperature resistance are much better than traditional T154.
