This product is an efficient pour point depressant widely used in the field of lubricants. It co crystallizes with wax through its alkyl side chain, changing the direction of paraffin crystal growth and generating uniform loose grains, thereby reducing the pour point. It has good oil solubility, is easy to use, and can be evenly dispersed in oil products. In addition to excellent pour point reduction performance, it also has a certain viscosity increasing effect, which can improve the viscosity index of oil products. It also has good low-temperature fluidity, which can improve the performance of oil products under low-temperature conditions (CCS). It has stable chemical properties, good shear resistance and chemical stability, and can maintain its effectiveness during use. Light in color, suitable for oil formulations that are sensitive to color.
Engine oil: widely used in mid to high grade internal combustion engine oil, it can effectively increase the viscosity of the oil and achieve a certain degree of pour point reduction effect.
Gear oil: used to modulate various gear oils to improve their low-temperature performance and anti-wear performance.
Hydraulic oil: suitable for modulating hydraulic oil, improving the low-temperature fluidity and stability of oil products.
Hydraulic transmission oil: used for modulating hydraulic transmission oil to improve its low-temperature performance.
Aviation hydraulic oil: It can be modulated into aviation hydraulic oil, providing excellent low-temperature performance and stability.
The recommended dosage is 0.1% ~0.5%.
