HA106 High Base Calcium Sulfonate (TBN300) is specially formulated for use in making calcium sulfonate complex greases. It helps ensure consistent thickening from batch to batch and delivers reliable performance in the final grease product.
High Base Calcium Sulfonate is also commonly used as a detergent additive in engine oils. It works by cleaning metal surfaces inside combustion engines and preventing buildup of harmful deposits. These detergents play a key role in removing byproducts formed during combustion and are widely used in marine engines, passenger cars, and heavy-duty diesel engines. Besides keeping engine parts clean, they also help neutralize acidic byproducts, protecting the engine from corrosion over time.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
The recommended dosage is from 1.5% to 3.0%.
For the marine oil, the dosage is from 3.0% to 25.0%.
