Molecular formula: R-C4H3O2N(C2H4NH)m C2H4 C4H3O2-R
Polyisobutene Bis-Succinimide can effectively disperse sediments such as oil sludge and carbon deposits, and has a significant inhibitory effect on low-temperature oil sludge and high-temperature cigarette ash. Due to the presence of two polyisobutene chains in its molecular structure, it can form a thicker three-dimensional barrier film and has stronger stability at high temperatures. It has a more prominent ability to disperse deposits such as soot and carbon deposits in high-temperature areas of the engine (such as piston ring grooves), especially suitable for high-temperature working conditions such as turbocharged diesel engine oil. It can be used alone or combined with monosuccinimide to achieve both low-temperature sludge dispersion and high-temperature soot control. Its design takes into account the performance requirements of gasoline engine oil and diesel engine oil, especially suitable for scenarios that require universal lubricating oil for both gasoline and diesel engines. When used in combination with high alkali value detergents, it can compensate for the insufficient low-temperature dispersion ability of detergents and reduce the total amount of additives used. This synergistic effect is particularly important when blending mid to high end lubricants, as it can improve the overall performance of the oil and reduce costs.
This product is mainly used for blending high grade gasoline engine oil, two-stroke engine oil, ATF and transmission oil. It also can be used for blending energy-saving and environment-friendly industrial oils.
Attention: Please do not mix directly with detergent when using, as it may produce colloidal insoluble substances
The recommended dosage is from 0.1% to 10.0%.
