 HA806 EVA-Based Additive

HA806 is a composite diesel pour point depressant containing different polymers, which can control the formation of paraffin crystals when cooled. Using this product can reduce the diesel solidification point by 10-30℃ and the cold filter plugging point by 10-20℃. This gives high-pour-point diesel excellent low-temperature fluidity, reduces the filter and solidification points, and ensures smooth cold engine start-up. It effectively solves the troubles brought to driving and storage by sudden temperature drops and cross-regional travel. Using this pour point depressant does not affect the important indicators of diesel combustion (cetane number, density, flash point, distillation range, etc.). This product has a high content of active ingredients, requires a small dosage, and does not interact with other additives in the oil processing process. The method of use is simple, safe and reliable.

HA806 is a high-quality ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) based additive featuring a creamy white to milky yellow appearance and EVA content of 50%. It is designed for use in a variety of applications including adhesives, coatings, waterproofing, and construction materials where flexibility, water resistance, and film-forming properties are required.

With a stable density and moderate flash point, this product ensures ease of handling and compatibility with multiple formulation systems.

Application

It is recommended that when using this product, a dilution should be prepared first, with a ratio of pour point depressant: diluent (which can be low-grade aviation kerosene, aromatic hydrocarbons, diesel, etc.) = 1:9. The reference dosage of the dilution in diesel is 0.1%. The optimal dosage may vary depending on the basic indicators of the diesel, and tests should be conducted in advance on the diesel to be used.
