HA6060-60 Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer (Pour Point Depressant For Diesel)

Its effective component is a copolymer of ethylene vinyl acetate, which can effectively reduce the pour point and cold filter point of diesel. It can be directly added to diesel after being diluted in an appropriate proportion.

Product Description

1. DESCRIPTION

CAS: 24937-78-8
Molecular formula: (C2H4)m·(C4H6O2)n

Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), as an efficient diesel pour point depressant, has excellent pour point depressant effect, good oil solubility, thermal oxidation stability, and low volatility. Through reasonable dosage and blending methods, EVA can significantly improve the low-temperature fluidity of diesel, extend the oil change cycle, and enhance the comprehensive performance of diesel. This product is a highly effective component concentration page, suitable for long-distance transportation. Users can choose the dilution ratio according to their actual usage, making it more suitable for traders to choose.

2. APPLICATIONS

High wax diesel: suitable for paraffin based diesel (wax content ≥ 5%), such as 0 # and -10 # diesel in northern winter.
Strict working conditions: Suitable for turbocharged engines, long-distance transportation vehicles, and low-temperature storage and transportation equipment (such as diesel generators in the Arctic region).
Compound scheme: Compound with polyacrylic acid ester, maleic anhydride copolymer or nitrogen-containing compound can enhance the improvement effect of cold filter point (such as Shengbao Road diesel pour point depressant reducing the cold filter point by more than 10 ℃ through polycrystalline point blocking technology).

Addition ratio: The recommended addition amount is 0.5 ‰~1 ‰ (based on the weight of diesel), which needs to be adjusted according to the diesel wax content and ambient temperature (such as increasing to 1 ‰ below -20 ℃).
Mixing method: Before adding, the pour point depressant should be thoroughly mixed with diesel (it is recommended to add the pour point depressant first and then add diesel) to avoid uneven local concentration.
Compatibility testing: The compatibility of mixed fuels containing biodiesel needs to be verified to prevent stratification caused by polarity differences.
