Product Description
CAS: Mixture
Molecular formula: C27H52SxO2
As a lubricant additive, sulfurized olefin fatty acid esters have excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear properties. They can form a stable sulfurized film on the friction surface, increase the oil film strength of the lubricant, and effectively protect the normal operation of mechanical equipment under extreme conditions such as high load, high temperature, and high speed. It is a light colored, low odor, non active sulfurized extreme pressure anti-wear agent, suitable for use in applications that require odor and color. It has good stability and compatibility, and has good compatibility with various additives such as metal deactivators and phosphorus based anti-wear agents. It is also compatible with most base oils. Can maintain stable performance in high temperature environments, suitable for some high-temperature work scenarios.
Metalworking fluids: These include cutting oils, drawing oils, deep hole drilling oils, honing oils, etc. They can enhance the extreme pressure and anti-wear properties of the oil. For example, in cutting processes, they can effectively reduce the friction between the tool and the workpiece, minimize tool wear, and extend the service life of the tool.
Industrial gear oils: Suitable for medium and heavy load industrial gear oils, they can significantly improve the anti-wear performance of gear oils.
Greases: They can be added to greases for the lubrication of various mechanical components.
Guide way oils: Used for the lubrication of machine tool guides and other equipment.
Rolling oils: Used in the metal rolling process, they help improve rolling accuracy and sheet quality.
Recommended dosage: 1-15%
