This product inhibits the formation of a three-dimensional network structure of wax crystals by adsorbing or eutectic reactions between polar groups (such as carboxylic acid ester groups) in the molecule and the surface of oil wax crystals, thereby significantly reducing the pour point and viscosity. Its mechanism of action improves the low-temperature fluidity of oil products by disrupting the growth path of wax crystals and interfering with the stacking structure of gelatinous asphaltene. By adjusting the molar ratio of fumarate ester to vinyl acetate and the chain length of fatty alcohols (increasing the proportion of long-chain fatty alcohols), the pour point of high viscosity cyclic alkyl base oils can be reduced, which is difficult for other PMA or alpha olefin type pour point depressants to cope with. The molecular structure of the copolymer is precisely optimized; During the synthesis process, p-toluenesulfonic acid is used as a catalyst, benzoyl peroxide as an initiator, and the reaction temperature is precisely controlled to ensure stable molecular weight distribution of the product. This pour point depressant has low dosage (0.2% -1%) and high compatibility. While maintaining the transparency and acid value stability of the oil, it works synergistically with functional additives such as antioxidants and dispersants without interference. Its weakly acidic design (pH near neutral) is suitable for low ash environmentally friendly oil formulations. In addition, its wide temperature range adaptability (-30 ℃~100 ℃) and shear stability (shear index<40, effective components ≥ 35%) enable it to maintain long-term performance in circulating lubrication systems such as hydraulic oil and gear oil, withstand mechanical shear effects, and meet the comprehensive needs of complex industrial scenarios.
Hydraulic oil/gear oil: Suitable for high viscosity cyclic base oils, improving low-temperature pumping performance, especially suitable for high humidity and dusty environments such as mining machinery and port equipment.
Internal combustion engine oil: used for multi-stage oil products (such as 5W-30, 10W-40) to reduce cold start resistance and engine wear.
Refrigeration oil: Inhibits wax crystal formation in low-temperature refrigeration systems to prevent compressor jamming.
Pickling oil/fiber optic cable oil: reduces oil sludge deposition, improves fiber optic cable oil fluidity and pickling process efficiency.
Pour point and viscosity reduction of high wax crude oil: such as Panjin crude oil (pour point reduction 13 ℃) and Karamay heavy oil (viscosity reduction 75.24%), reducing energy consumption of pipeline transportation.
Residue processing: Reduce the pour point and viscosity of Panjin residue by 9 ℃ and 92%, optimizing the efficiency of the refining process.
The recommended dosage is 0.1% ~1.0%.
